Datin Rita Sosilawati, Director of Rita Synergy Holdings Sdn. Bhd., carries forward the entrepreneurial legacy of her late mother, Dato’ Sosilawati Lawiya, a prominent figure in Malaysia’s beauty industry.

A graduate in Art & Design from UiTM with a Master’s in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University, UK, Datin Rita combines creativity with strategic business leadership.

Since 2010, she has led Nouvelles Visages (NV), expanding its presence to 500 outlets and over 30 stockists across Malaysia. In 2016, she founded Rita Synergy Holdings Sdn. Bhd., expanding her business interests across fashion, beauty and lifestyle products with the vision of bringing Malaysian creativity and excellence to the global market.
